IMAGING WEEK 7

In this lecture sir started a new software – Photoshop. Below are some of the new points i learnt –

• DPI – dot per inch – concentration of pixels.
• Minimum dpi for print is 300 and for digital is 75.
• Picture opened on artboard is the first layer itself.
• Selection tool includes – move tool and marque tool.
• Lasso selection – freeform, magnetic and polygon.
• Masking – clipmask and layermask.

As homework sir had given us these 2 images and we had to replaces the black and white apples with peaches. I did not get it completely right since i was not very comfortable with the software yet.
