MAKING OF THE 3D ABSTRACT FIGURES :
In the second week’s lecture we were asked to make 3 dimensional figures of our abstract sketches that we drew in the previous lecture.
Making 3D models not only presents a strong visualisation of the design to understand but also helps to make the composition more realistic and helps me to comprehend better why I visioned the thought in that particular manner. It also helps me under my design better and make changes if I feel the need to do so.
Making paper models is a great idea as it is the quickest and easiest way to make changes to a model. Tiny changes build a new look which then strikes the creativity in me. It gives me a new direction to look in but keeping in mind the path I’ve already walked.
Below are 4 of my 3D Figures –
