Calvino used various aspects while writing Invisible Cities. We then made a list of these aspects –

On analysing his style of writing, we pulled out the basic structure we would be using to write our own 6 cities for our next assignment. To write a good depiction of our city we need to keep in mind a few features to be used – emotion, belief, imagination, sensory perception, reason, language, intuition, memory.
I will be writing my cities as a crime reporter, every city will be based on 1 crime. My first city is about a graveyard city – full of rape victims.
Below is a rough draft that i wrote and got reviewed by ma’am.

Ma’am suggested I replace the word Rape to something more subtle, just to be on the safer side. She also told me to write about white collar crimes as well so that not every city is on the darker side.
